Abstract Objective：To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in peptic ulcer with bleeding. Method：92 cases of peptic ulcer with bleeding of our hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group.The experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention and the control group was given conventional nursing.Then bleeding and clinical efficacy after giving nursing between the two groups were compared.Result：After nursing，total effective rate of symptoms improved of gastrointestinal bleeding in the experimental group was 93.48%，that of the control group was 71.74%，the total effective rate of symptoms improved of gastrointestinal bleeding in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the e control group（ P<0.05）.And total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was 91.30%，that of the control group was 73.91%，the total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group，the difference was statistically significant（ P<0.05）. Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the bleeding symptoms of patients with peptic ulcer with bleeding，promote healing of the ulcer surface，relieves the patient’s clinical signs.It can be used as one of the important auxiliary measures of treatment of peptic ulcer with bleeding.
