Abstract Objective：To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on 6 minutes walk test for patients with chronic heart failure.Method：70 patients with heart function NYHA class Ⅱ-Ⅳ and stable condition of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups，with each group 35 cases.The control group was given conventional nursing，while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention，patient’s heart function and psychological condition were assessed，preparing for health education and first aid were included in the process.The complete status of the test，the
coincidence rate of the test results and the NYHA heart function classification were compared between the two groups.Result：The coincidence rate of the test results and the NYHA heart function classification of the control group were significantly better than those of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention on 6 minutes walk test can effectively evaluate the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure，it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
