The Concept of Rapid Rehabilitation Application in Traumatic Splenic Rupture Patients in the Anesthetic Management in Peri Operation Period |

Abstract Objective:To summarize the application effect of rapid rehabilitation application concept in traumatic splenic rupture patients in the anesthetic management in peri operation period.Method:From January 2010 to October 2014,in the Xinjiang Nongyishi hospital Alar people admitted the Department of general surgery,100 cases of traumatic rupture of spleen operation,according to the method of random number table were divided into two groups,the patients were informed consent,50 patients in the control group were administered conventional peri operation period nursing,50 cases of the observation group were given the concept of rapid rehabilitation applied to fluid management of peri operation period,index of anesthesia,gastrointestinal function recovery time,mean length of hospital stay,cost of hospitalization and postoperative complication rate of patients in the two groups were compared.Result:The recovery time,pull the groups of patients with tube time of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group patients,there were significant differences( P<0.05).In comparison to CRP level,after 1 day and 5 days after operation,the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,there were significant differences between the( P<0.05).The gastrointestinal function recovery time,mean length of hospital stay,hospital costs of patients in the observation group were lower than the patients in the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups.2 patients in the observation group had complications, which was significantly lower than the patients of the control group,there was significant difference( χ2=4.382,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of rapid rehabilitation application concept in traumatic splenic rupture patients in the anesthetic management in peri operation period issatisfactory,it can accelerate the process of rehabilitation of patients.
