| The Effect of Continuing Nursing for QQL of Stable COPD Patients |

Abstract Objective：To study the effects of continuing nursing for QQL of stable COPD patients.Method：80 stable COPD patients in our hospital were selected from February 2013 to February 2014 and randomly divided into observation group and control group，40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with education management，symptomatic treatment and other conventional cares；on the basis of that the observation group was also treated with continuing nursing included home oxygen therapy and respiratory gym，QQL of two groups were compared.Result：Before nursing，CAT of two groups were generally
consistent；after 3 monthes and 6 monthes of nursing，CAT of observation rvation group were（ 16.1±5.2） scores and（ 16.6±4.4）scores while CAT of control group were（ 21.4±6.5） scores and（ 21.8±6.2） scores，the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.Before nursing，lung function indexes were generally consistent；after 6 monthes of nursing，lung function indexes of observation group were significantly better than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：For stable COPD patients，the continuing nursing of home oxygen therapy combined with respiratory gym can effectively improve the patients’ QQL and symptoms.
