| Analysis of Occupation Factors and Personality Types in Patients with Breast Solid Lesions |

Abstract Objective：To analyze occupation distribution and personality typing of solid breast lesions and provide evidences for the reason of disease of study，prevention and intervention.Method：200 patients with breast cancer from January 2011 to October 2014 in Futian district were randomly selected as the observation group，at the same time，200 normal healthy women were selected as control group.The basic condition and occupation of patients by questionnaire were collected，occupation of respondents was classified and control analyzed.Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Questionnaire was applied，personality typing of patients of two groups were compared.Result：The tendency of electronic，chemical workers：workers，plastic processing workers，teachers and the self-employed had breast solid mass disease（OR values were greater than 1，P<0.05）.Arts and crafts design personnel，accounting，nurses，the government public workers and unemployed had protective effect on breast solid tumor diseases（OR values were less than 1，P<0.05）.Personality not stable type of the observe group was 59.0%（118/200），stable type was 41.0%（82/200）；personality not stable type of the control group was 45.5%（91/200），stable type was 54.5%（109/200）.The two group had significantly difference in statistics（ 字2=7.305，P<0.05）.Patients of the observation group with hypochondriasis，depression，hysteria，psychopathic bias，mental decline，hypomania and social
introversion scores were significantly higher than those of control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：In the electronic，chemical，plastics processing teacher’s occupation and the self-employed occupation and they have depression，hysteria，psychopathic bias，psychasthenia，hypomania and other personality traits to induce breast solid mass，suggest taking protective and mental occupation support actively，reducing the effect.
