Curative Effect Analysis on Hypertension Management by Electronic Health Record

Abstract  Objective:To analyze the differences of curative effects between electronic health record and paper health record used in hypertension management.Method:1000 samples were randomly selected and divided into electronic health record group and paper health record group,with each group 500 cases.The methods of questionnaire and blood pressure monitoring were used in the research.One year after the intervention,the differences of curative effects between the two groups were evaluated.Result:Patients in the two groups were both improved in the aspects of lifestyle,self-management ability and blood pressure control rate.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the aspects of treatment compliance,medication compliance and blood pressure control rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health management has positive effects on the hypertension prevention and control.The electronic health record does better than the paper health record in curative effect.
