Abstract Objective: To explore the application of full thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of lung diseases.Method: 58 cases of patients with lung surgery were selected who were admitted in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 as a research object, which were divided into observation group and control group in accordance with the order of admission,29 cases in each group. The observation group with full chest endoscopic lobectomy, and the control group used conventional resection, comparison and analysis of clinical efficacy and prognosis of two groups patients.Result: The observation group of markedly effective, efficient, inefficiency and total effective rate were respectively 75.86%,10.34%,13.80% and 86.20%,compared with the control group of 48.28%,13.79%, 37.93% and 62.07%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); observation group of operative time, blood loss and hospital stay were respectively( 120±40)min,(155±60)mL,(7±2)d,compared with the control group(180±45)min,(190±70)mL,(9±3)d,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Full thoracoscopic lobectomy for the treatment of lung diseases has faster recovery, less bleeding, less trauma, simple operation and other advantages, it is worthy of clinical application.
