Abstract Objective：To summarize the biological agent fixed tibial plateau fracture defect after observation and nursing.Method：35 patients in our hospital application of biological agent’s fixation of tibial plateau fracture defect patients were selected as research subjects and were retrospectively analyzed the postoperative care methods.Result：The group of patients with active biological agents fixation and postoperative rehabilitation care，postoperative hospital stay 14-28 d after discharge.Knee function excellent in 28 cases，good in 5 cases，and available in 2 cases，the excellent and good rate was 94.29%.Conclusion：In
