| Effect of Pregnancy Depression Psychological Counseling to Promote the Natural Childbirth of Pregnant Women |

Abstract Objective：To discuss effect of pregnancy depression psychological counseling to promote the natural childbirth of pregnant women.Method： 96 cases of pregnant women from obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital between February 2012 to October 2013 were selected and randomly divided into interventional group（ n=132） and control group （n=124）.All pregnant women were given conventional care，and the interventional group was added psychological nursing intervention.The delivery mode，natural delivery process，postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia rate were compared.Result：The rate of natural childbirth of the two groups were 61.36% and 55.65%，with statistically significant difference between the groups（P<0.05）；the natural delivery process and postpartum hemorrhage of the interventional group were lower than the control group（P<0.05）；the incidence rate of neonatal asphyxia of the two groups were 1.52% and 2.42%，with statistically significant difference between the groups（ P<0.05）.Conclusion：The psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the natural delivery rate，shorten the natural childbirth birth process， reduce postpartum bleeding and neonatal asphyxia，with a positive significance to the improvement of the quality of life of mother and infant.
