Abstract Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of titanium mini-plate used in the complex maxillofacial fractures. Method：70 cases of maxillofacial fractures in our hospital were analyzed.Rigid internal fixation with corresponding titanium miniplate was given to the patients according to their different fracture shapes，the time of traction fixation for maxillofacial fractures was decided by the position of fracture.Result：After 3 months，observing the recovery condition of patients，69 cases were excellent，good in 1 case.Wound Class-A healing rate was 97.1%.3 cases occured postoperative complications of wound infection. The sequelae included 3 cases of short-term facial paralysis，4 cases of upper lip numbness，4 cases of preauricular pain and 6 cases of temporomandibular joint clicking.The situation of maxillofacial fracture healing was good after the treatment，with no titanium nails off and occurrence of rejection.Conclusion：The effect of titanium mini-plate used in the treatment of maxillofacial fracture is remarkable.
