Abstract Objective：To investigate the difference between the summer and autumn winter ter rotavirus enteritis（ RV）.Method：48 cases of RV enteritis in summer and 102 cases of RV enteritis in autumn winter were selected and were analyzed retrospectively respectively from the clinical manifestations of intestinal damage，electrolyte disturbance，the degree of acidosis，days in hospital and patients age.Result：The summer of RV enteritis in mild and severe metabolic acidosis rate were higher than in autumn winter RV enteritis，the hospitalization time of summer RV enteritis was longer than autumn winter RV enteritis，summer RV enteritis occurred more people in <1 years old infants，the incidence of cardiac and liver damage in autumn and winter RV enteritis group were higher than in summer，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：RV enteritis has certain serious in summer，we should be vigilant to avoid delay treatment.
