Abstract Objective:To study the effect of hormone replacement therapy on blood FSH and E2 levels of perimenopausal syndrome women and explore the clinical applicability.Method:76 perimenopausal syndrome cases were selected and divided into two groups,38 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with hormone replacement therapy, the control group was treated with oryzanol tablets, the blood FSH and E2 levels and the clinical effect were compared.Result:The changes of blood FSH and E2 levels of the control group were not obvious, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The blood E2 level after therapy(48.37±17.01)pg/mL was higher than before(28.53±18.55)pg/mL,the blood FSH level after therapy(13.01±10.74)IU/L was lower than before(31.02±16.57)IU/L in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Clinical effective rate was 86.84% in the observation group and 63.16% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hormone replacement therapy used in perimenopausal syndrome women can decrease FSH level, increase E2 level and improve the clinical effect,it is suitable for clinical application.
