Abstract Objective：To explore the feasibility of auricular acupoint sticking combining Shuangbo pulvis hot compress treating patients with postoperative ovarian premature aging undergoing laparoscopic oophorocystectomy.Method：Forty-four patients with premature ovarian failure after laparoscopic oophorocystectomy admitted by the Hospital from February 2014 to May 2014 were selected as research subjects，who were divided into the he treatment group（ 22 cases，subject to auricular acupoint sticking combining Shuangbo pulvis hot compress）and control group（ 22 cases，subject to hormonotherapy）.The efficacy of two groups were compared.Result：The comparisons differences in levels of FSH，E2 and LH hormone in two groups before treatment was not statistically significant difference（P>0.05）.The levels FSH and LH hormone levels in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The level of E2 hormone and total effective rate in the treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The auricular acupoint sticking and combining Shuangbo pulvis hot compress can strengthen the self-stability state of ovary，promote postoperative hematopoietic function and proliferation differentiation，and regulate ovarian function，and poses obvious effect on improving clinical symptoms of patients with premature ovarian failure，being worthy of clinical promotion.
