| Clinical Study on the Effect of Heat Sensitive Moxibustion on Fracture Healing |

Abstract Objective：To explore the influence of the heat sensitive moxibustion on fracture healing.Method：60 patients with fracture after operation in our hospital were selected from October 2013 to September 2014 and were divided into control group and experimental group，30 cases in each group.The control group was given Chinese medicine treatment，the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with thermal moxibustion.Healing and pain disappearing time and pain score changes of fracture of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：In experimental group，fracture healing was significantly better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（ P<0.05）；the experimental group pain disappearing time and the time of fracture healing were（ 14.1±2.1）d and（ 34.1±3.1）d，which were significantly shorter than（ 24.3±3.8）d and（ 49.5±2.7）d of control group，the differences were statistically significant（ P<0.05）；before the treatment，comparison of pain scores in two groups of patients had no significant difference（P>0.05）；after treatment，the pain score of experimental group was（ 0.32±0.11）scores，which was significantly lower than（1.41±0.23）scores of the control group of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Based on the conventional medicine treatment combined with the heat sensitive moxibustion therapy can effectively promote the healing of fracture.
