Abstract Objective：To discuss and analyze clinical situations of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis，to provide clinical reference standard treatment.Method：52 elderly patients with acute cholecystitis clinical data were retrospectirely analyzed in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2014.Result：The whole group of 52 patients，non-surgical treatment of 6 patients were discharged.The remaining 46 cases underwent surgical treatment，34 cases of cholecystectomy，gallbladder mucosal resection omissions three cases，gallbladder fistula in 9 cases.Postoperative wound infection in one case，a routine cholecystectomy three days，due to diabetes，coronary heart disease，died of multiple organ failure，and the remaining patients were cured.Conclusion：May take reasonable clinical treatments for patients based on the actual situation，in order to facilitate their recovery.
