Abstract Objective：To observe the clinical effect of PCS pedicle screw in treatment of spinal trauma-related disorders. Method：70 patients with spinal trauma-related disorders treated in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups，the control group was given normal system treatment of spinal pedicle screw，the observation group was given the treatment of PCS pedicle screw.The situation of operation，postoperative spinal nerve injury，Cobb’s angle before and after operation and VAS scores were compared between the two groups.Result：The observation group’s amount of bleeding，hospitalization，Cobb’s angle of six months after surgery and VAS score were significantly better than those of the control group（P<0.05）.The spinal nerve injury of the two groups after surgery had no significant difference（P>0.05）.Conclusion：PCS pedicle screw used in treatment of spinal trauma-related disorders is safe and reliable，patients can get a rapid postoperative recovery.It is worthy of promotion.
