| The Effect of the Application of Tirofiban in Treatment with the Acute Myocardial Infarction |

Abstract Objective：To investigate the effect of the application of Tirofiban in treatment of the acute myocardial infarction（ AMI），and to accumulate experience for the clinical treatment of the disease.Method：89 patients who were in accordance with the inclusion criteria of AMI were randomly divided into control group（ 43 cases） and observation group（ 46 cases）.The patients in the two groups were given oral clopidogrel and aspirin tablets and the subcutaneous injection of lowmolecular- weight heparin.Based on the treatment above，the control group used micro-injection pump to continuously pump heparin into the patients at the speed of 1000 U/hour which lasted 36 hours，while the observation group used micro-injection pump to continuously pump Tirofiban into the patients at the speed of 0.15 μg/（kg·min） which lasted 36 hours.The changes in electrocardiogram，the incidence of major adverse cardiac events and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the patients between the two groups were compared.Result：Before the medicine was given，the differences of the ST segment depression and ischemia lead number of the patients between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P>0.05），but after the medicine was given，the ST segment depression and ischemia lead number of the patients in the two groups improved a lot（ P<0.05）.The improvement of the observation group was much better than that of the control group（ P< 0.05）.The incidence of major adverse cardiac events of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，but the difference was not statistically significant（ χ2 =0.412，P>0.05）.Conclusion：Tirofiban can effectively regulate the changes in electrocardiogram of patients with AMI and reduce the incidence of major adverse cardiac events.Tirofiban is safe，which is worth clinical application.
