Abstract  Objective:To explore the effect of diuretic mixture on type B brain natriuretic peptide in patients with refractory heart failure.Method:128 cases with refractory heart failure in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 were selected as test objects.128 cases were divided into treatment group and control group,64 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment. The treatment group was given diuretic mixture infused with micro-pump on the basis of conventional treatment. After a course of treatment(14 d),BNP level, average heart rate, cardiac arrhythmia rate and LVEF were compared.Result:BNP level, average heart rate, cardiac arrhythmia rate and LVEF between the two groups were improved. But the treatment group was better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:Diuretic mixture infused with micro-pump apparently reduces BNP level.Meanwhile,it also improves cardiovascular function. It is worth popularizing application in clinic.
