Abstract Objective：To contrast and analysis the curative effect of treatment on pelvic fracture and acetabular fracture by Modified Stoppa approach and ilioinguinal approach.Method：65 cases with pelvic fracture and acetabular fracture in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2014 were divide into two groups，Modified Stoppa approach group 40 cases and ilioinguinal approach group 25 cases.Their clinical date was analyzed.Result：The operation time，intraoperative blood loss and length of incision of Modified Stoppa approach group were lower than that of the ilioinguinal approach group.The reset quality of Modified Stoppa approach group was higher than the ilioinguinal approach group.The good rate of the hip joint function of the Modified Stoppa approach group was higher than that of the ilioinguinal approach group.The differences were statistically significant（ P<0.05）. Conclusion：The curative effect of treatment on pelvic fracture and acetabular fracture by Modified Stoppa approach are obviously.This method is worth clinical spreading.
