| Intervention of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Bilateral Nasal Cavity Filling Effect |

Abstract Objective：To study the comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with bilateral nasal cavity filling application effect.Method：80 patients with bilateral nasal plug from October 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research objects，according to the method of random numbers they were divided into control group and observation group，each group contained 40 cases，the control group was treated by routine nursing care，the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The patients to root out nasal cavity filling rate and rate of nasal cavity filling out，pittsburgh sleep quality index（ PSQI） and nursing service satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Result：The observation group to root out nasal cavity filling rate and rate of nasal cavity filling out respectively was 0，2.5%，which was lower than the control group（ 5.0%，10.0%）；PSQI scores of the observation group was（ 6.15±3.04） points，which was significantly lower than the control group’s（ 9.24±2.41），the differences were statistically significant（ P<0.05）.Observation group of patients with nursing service satisfaction was 97.5%，which was higher than the control group（ 90.0%）. Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the happening of the accident after nasal cavity filling，improve
bilateral nasal cavity to fill the sleep quality of patients，improve patient care service satisfaction，is worthy of popularization and application.
