Abstract Objective:To study the applicative effects observation on comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.Method:85 patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia were selected in our hospital from Jun 2012 to Jun 2014,and were divided into control group and experimental group. The experimental group of 43 cases were given comprehensive nursing intervention and the control group of 42 cases were given obstetric conventional nursing. The successful hemostasis time, hemostatic effect, the score of anxiety and depression, and nursing satisfaction were compared after nursing.Result:After nursing, the successful hemostasis time in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the rate of effective hemostatic in the experimental group was 93.02%,higher than the control group of 76.19%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The depression and anxiety scores had no statistical difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after 2 weeks nursing, the improvement of depression and anxiety scores in the experimental group were both significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). And nursing satisfaction of the experimental group patients was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the bleeding of patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia, relieve depression and anxiety, improve nursing satisfaction, improve patient compliance, promote the recovery of patients, the clinical curative effect is distinct.
