Abstract Objective:To explore the application method and effect of the full range of nursing intervention for the patients with misoprostol used before curettage. Method:240 patients with misoprostol used before curettage in our stand from July 2012 to September 2014 were selected and,divided into the observation group and the control group,120 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care and the observation group was given a full range of nursing intervention measures. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Result:In the observation group,on the aspect of cervix softening,97 cases were excellent,accounting for 80.83%,17 cases were effective,accounting for 14.16%,6 cases were ineffective,accounting for 5.01%,the total effective patients were 114,accounting for 94.99%.The average operation time was( 7.89±1.22)min. The average amount of bleeding was( 10.15±6.33)mL.34 cases appeared misoprostol side reaction,all of whom successfully overcame in surgery.Patients’ satisfaction with the full range of nursing was 100%.While in the control group,on the aspect of cervix softening,83 cases were excellent,accounting for 69.17%,12 cases were effective,accounting for 10%,25 cases were ineffective,accounting for 20.83%.the total effective rate was 79.17%.The average operation time was( 13.13±2.18)min.The average amount of bleeding was( 29.36±10.78)mL.30 cases appeared misoprostol side reaction 12 cases successfully overcame the adverse drug reaction,accounting for 40% of the total.Patients’ satisfaction with nursing care was 59.17%.Conclusion:The effect of the full range of nursing intervention on patients with misoprostol before curettage is significant.It can be widely used in clinical practice.
