The Influence of Nursing Education About Baby Food Supplement Reasonable for the Incidence of Iron Deficiency Anemia |

Abstract Objective:To study the influence of complementary feeding baby reasonable care and education for the incidence of iron deficiency anemia produced.Method:300 infants aged 4-12 months were selected in the hospital from May 2013 to May 2014,all infants were carried out before adding complementary determination of trace elements,and were divided into two groups,150 cases in each group.Infants in the control group did not care to add complementary missions,infants in the observation group were given nursing education complementary feeding before implementation,the incidence of iron deficiency anemia of complementary feeding after 3-6 months infants were compared.Result:Compared two groups of infants,the control group of children before adding complementary and add content in whole blood from 3 to 6 months after the Fe trace elements in food supplement significantly reduced,while the observation group of children before adding complementary and complementary feeding after 3 to 6 months significantly increased trace element content of Fe,which showed reasonable complementary clinical effects of significant public education,had effectively enhance Fe content of trace elements in whole blood of children.The observation group infants with iron deficiency chance of anemia was 12.0% significantly lower than the control group of 30.0%,in the observation group was the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The need for parents to implement complementary feeding baby nursing education can effectively reduce the incidence of iron deficiency anemia,and promote the healthy development of infants and should be introduced in clinical practice.
