Abstract   Objective:To explore the nursing measures of craniocerebral injury combined with risk accidents in clinical treatment of patients with compound injury.Method:78 patients of traumatic brain injury with complex trauma were selected and divided into the study group and the control group,39 cases in each group. The risk of traumatic brain injury with clinical care of patients with complex injuries were assessed, the study group was given a comprehensive care measures based on the assessment results, the control group was given routine care.Result:Before nursing, two groups of patients with HAMD score and ADL score had no significant difference(P>0.05).After nursing, study group’s ADL scores were significantly higher than those of control group,HAMD score was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The study group clinical treatment of risk in the process of the accident rate was 15.4%,significantly lower than the control group of 38.4%,the satisfaction of nursing in study group was 92.3%,significantly higher than the control group of 74.4%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing of craniocerebral injury combined with multiple trauma patients, can effectively reduce the incidence rate of clinical risk accidents, improve the clinical treatment
effect.
