Abstract Objective:To investigate the anti-proliferation effect of a series new phosphorylated chrysin derivatives in leukemia cells.Method:The cell viability of the 12 phosphorylated chrysin derivatives in Kasumi-1 cells was detected by MTT assay, and the derivatives with higher proliferation inhibition rate than chrysin were selected out to process the next step to verify the anti-proliferation effect in K562 cells,HL60 cells,U937 cells, and bone marrow mononuclear cells( BMMNC) from acute leukemia patients.Result:Chrysin derivatives 3c and 7a could inhibit the proliferation of leukemia cells in vitro. Conclusion:The new phosphorylated chrysin derivatives 3c and 7a have potential value in anti-leukemia research.
