Abstract Objective：To observe the effect of preterm twins premature rupture of the clinical features and outcome of pregnancy.Method：40 cases of preterm twins in patients with premature rupture of membranes were selected as the treatment group，40 cases of preterm singleton in premature rupture of membrane as the control group，the two groups of patients with premature rupture of membranes，occurrence time，complication rate and neonatal prognosis were compared and analyzed. Result：In the treatment group，patients with anemia syndrome，fetal growth restriction，postpartum hemorrhage，premature rupture of fetal membranes，premature rupture of membranes before break time contractions rate，rupture of membranes to the time of termination of pregnancy，termination of pregnancy gestational age，fetal lung maturation time ≥ 48 h，use of tocolytic rate，premature delivery rate，cesarean delivery，neonatal weight，neonatal asphyxia and neonatal respiratory distress syndrome compared with control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The twins as the main factors leading to the premature rupture of membranes appear patients，clinical treatment more difficult，higher rate of preterm delivery and neonatal prognosis difficult，through scientific measures to prevent effective preterm twins premature rupture of membranes.
