Abstract Objective：To discuss the different types of lipoma ultrasonographic features，provide certain reference to clinical diagnosis of lipoma.Method：120 patients in our hospital lipoma，to use Phlips HD 11，LOGIQ 400 CL color doppler ultrasonic diagnostic instrument，7-12 MHz probe frequency，was set to the superficial small organ.Result：The ultrasonic diagnosis of lipoma，qualitative analysis，was helpful to the diagnosis and 120 patients in 98 cases（ 81.67%） were confirmed. Conclusion：Different types of lipoma ultrasonic testing showed that characteristics vary，typical lipoma is relatively easy to diagnose，fibrous tissue can be detected，ultrasound is helpful to diagnosis，is worth popularizing in clinical application.
