Abstract Objective：To discuss the endometrial cancer treatment effects and prognosis investigate the incidence of complications.Method：From August 2005 to July 2013 in our hospital，166 patients of endometrial carcinoma with a variety of complications were selected as the comorbidity group，clinical data with the same period of 171 patients with uncomplicated endometrial cancer were selected as the control group，then they were compared and retrospectively analyzed. Result：Endometrial cancer of common complication were obesity of 132 cases，hypertension of 107 cases，and diabetes of 57 cases ；comorbidity group and the control group compared with surgery，extent of surgery patients，postoperative tumor staging and histological type，the differences were not statistically significant（P<0.05）.Comorbidity group was significantly older than the control group，the number of patients to receive chemotherapy higher than the control group，comorbidity group has a significant effect on the prognosis，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion：Patients with endometrial cancer are often associated with obesity，hypertension and diabetes，with age increases，the incidence of complications increased，comorbidities is a certain impact on the treatment of endometrial cancer，has a significant effect on the prognosis.
