The Clinical Application Analysis of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound Combined with Elasticity Imaging in Early Diagnosis of Uterine Malignant Tumors |

Abstract Objective:To investigate and analyze the transvaginal color doppler ultrasound( TVCDS) combined with elastic imaging in clinical application of early diagnosis of uterine malignant tumors.Method:100 patients suspected of malignant uterine tumor were selected in our hospital from Janaury 2011 to Janaury 2014.According to the random number table method,patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by transvaginal color doppler ultrasound combined with elasticity imaging means for diagnosis.The control group was diagnosed by transvaginal color doppler ultrasound. Then the indexes related to diagnosed patients were examined.Finally,the test results were analyzed. Result:The observation group overall diagnosed 47 cases for 94.00% was significantly higher than the control group of 41 cases for 82.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).By restaging of patients diagnosed after the grouping known to be checked:endometrial thickness in patients with stage IA group was significantly lower than that in patients with stage IB group,the rate of blood group of patients with stage IA group 9 cases of 24.34% was significantly lower than the stage IB group 35 cases of 68.63%,stage IA group resistance index was significantly lower than stage IB group,compared clinically relevant inspection of two groups,the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05).Conclusion:By transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound( TVCDS) combined with elastography can make the diagnosis of uterine malignant tumors has a higher degree of accuracy,which has the higher value of clinical application.
