| Analysis of the Relationship between Treatment Compliance and Effect in Patients with Epilepsy |

Abstract Objective：To explore the relationship between treatment compliance and effect in patients with epilepsy and analyze the impact of factors in order to improve the treatment of epilepsy in children.Method：328 cases were collected from our hospital during January 2010 to January 2012，compliance cases were 207 and others were 121，combined with questionnaires to analyze the relation between compliance and treatment effect.In the process，we used Logistic regression to find out the relative factors of compliance.Result：The effective rate in compliance group was 97.10% and 65.29% in non-compliance group，the difference was statistically significant（ P<0.05）.Logistic regression shows adhere to medication，earlier treatment，strong awareness of clinical adherence to regular follow were the main factors affecting compliance.Conclusion：Epilepsy children’s treatment effect has relation with compliance，according to earlier treatment，improve treatment sense，regular follow can do a positive effect in epilepsy children.
