| The Application of 320 Slice Volume CT Venography in Diagnosis of Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis |

Abstract Objective：To assess the value of 320 slice volume CT venography（ CTV） in diagnosis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis（DVT）.Method：The CTV data of 49 patients with DVT confirmed by clinical data were retrospectively studied and compared with DSA and US.Result：46 cases with DVT were detected by CTV，including acute thrombosis 26 cases and old thrombus 20 cases.When compared with DSA and Doppler ultrasound，the sensitivity of CTV in detecting acute thrombosis was 100% and in detecting old thrombus was 93.8%. Conclusion：320 slice volume CTV has significant value in the diagnosis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.
