Abstract Objective:To analyze and discuss the effect of PCI after thrombolysis and direct PCI on patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method:70 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected from January 2012 to December 2014 in cardiovascular department of internal medicine of our hospital as the research object the clinical test, their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,31 patients were treated thrombolytic therapy after percutaneous coronary intervention as the after thrombolysis PCI group, the other 39 patients were treated primary percutaneous coronary intervention as the direct PCI group, clinical effect and changes of left ventricular contractile ability as well as complications of two groups after treatment were observed and compared. Result:After clinical treatment, the 70 patients’ condition were greatly improved, after thrombolysis PCI group ’s clinical effective rate was 70.97%,direct PCI group was 97.44%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); two groups patients’ left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular end-diastolic volume index and left ventricular ejection fraction in 20 days and 80 days after treatment, were obviously improved than after 3 days treatment, direct PCI group was better than after thrombolysis PCI group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); after discharge, visiting survey results suggested that recurrence and complications such as heart failure, the direct PCI group incidence was 10.26%,obviously lower than after thrombolysis PCI group 35.48%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Percutaneous coronary artery interventional therapy has a good therapeutic effect on patients with acute myocardial infarction,in contrast, direct PCI treatment of comprehensive effect is superior to after thrombolysis treatment.
