Abstract Objective：To explore the applications of operating room nursing in laparoscopic surgery.Method：100 patients scheduled for laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with routine operating room nursing.The observation group were treated with comfortable nursing in operation room.The surgical observation indexes and postoperative observation indexes were recorded.VAS was used for the assessment of complications after operation. The rate of complications after operation was observed.Result：The operation time，extubation time，postoperative activity time，porta exhaust time，pain degree within 12 h after operation，HAMD score and rate of complications after operation of the test group were significantly less than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The applications of comfortable operating room nursing can effectively shorten the operation time and activity time of patients，relieve postoperative pain and the rate of complications after operation.
