Abstract Objective： To observe the clinical Atorvastatin combined with Wenxin Granules in the treatment of
paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Method： 88 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in our hospital were randomly divided into study group（44 cases） and control group（44 cases） according to the random number table method. The control group was given Amiodarone， the study group was treated by Atorvastatin combined with Wenxin Granules. To observe and compare clinical curative effect and heart function changes in the indicators of the two groups. Result： After treatment， the effect rate of the study group was 90.91%， which was significantly higher than 77.27% in control group（P<0.05）. After treatment， herat function of the two groups improved significantly（P<0.05）， while after treatment LVESD and LVEDD of the study group was respectively（ 42.85±3.45）mm，（ 48.54±3.70）mm， and the control group significantly reduced，and LVEF and CI respectively was（46.86±4.20）% and（2.85±0.64）L/（min·m2）， the control group significantly increased（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Atorvastatin combined Wenxin granule has a good effect in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation， and less adverse reaction， and has good clinical application and popularization value.
