Abstract Objective:To probe into the clinical effects of nursing intervention in treating diabetic nephropathy by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.Method:78 diabetic nephropathy patients in our hospital from February 2012 to June 2014 were taken as the research objects,and they were treated by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.They were divided into control group and observation group,with 39 in each group. In the control group,they were conducted the routine nursing while the observation group was conducted the individual nursing and health education.Then,the prognosis effects after nursing of two groups were analyzed. Result:The whole effective rate in the observation group was 92.31%,which was evidently higher than 71.79% in the control group( P<0.05);before treatment,FBG,24 h Pro,Alb,BUN,SCr and other indications of two groups of patients did not have evident differences( P>0.05).After treatment,two groups of patients had evident differences and the indications in the observation group were better than the control group( P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate in the observation group was 94.87%,which was evidently better than 74.36% in the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment effect for diabetic nephropathy by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine is good and has high safety.In addition,the individual nursing and systematic health education can effectively improve the clinical effects,improve patients’ related indications in laboratory,improve treatment compliance and improve patients’ long-term prognosis. Thus,it should be further applied in clinical application.
