Abstract Objective:To investigate the effect of cardiovascular events recurrence risk of urokinase pre-hospital thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardial infarction.Method:89 cases of acute myocardial infarction from Cardiology department were selected,pre-hospital thrombolysis therapy were as observation group,post-hospital thrombolytic treatment were as control group,NT-proBNP,hs-CRP were detected by ELISA,the difference of coronary recanalization rate,NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels between groups were compared.Result:The coronary artery recanalization rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),before treatment,NT-proBNP and hs-CRP level had not statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05),after treatment, all above indexes showed elevated tendency, which observation group were significantly lower than control group, with significant differences(P<0.05),cardiovascular events(angina recurrence, recurrent AMI and heart failure occurring)were significantly reduced, the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Urokinase pre-hospital thrombolytic therapy helps improving coronary reperfusion and reducing cardiovascular events recurrent risk for acute myocardial infarction,it may be related to significantly inhibit NT-proBNP,hs-CRP level.
