The Observation Practice Effect of Nutrition Care in End-stage Renal Disease of Hemodialysis Patients |

Abstract Objective:To explore and study the nutritional care at the end of the application effect of end-stage renal disease with hemodialysis patients,to provide the necessary basis for the selection of clinical nursing plan. Method:100 patients of maintenance hemodialysis for end-stage renal disease were selected in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 and were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing care,the observation group was trested on the basis of routine nursing with nutritional care,the nutritional status and life the quality of two groups’ patients before and after intervention were compared. Result:Compared two groups’ patients of nutritional status before the intervention,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,the observation group of BMI,albumin,creatinine,and hemoglobin levels were significantly higher than those in the control group,the malnutrition inflammation score( MIS) was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Before the intervention,compared two groups’ patients quality of life scale( SF-36) scores,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,the observation group of general health,physiological function,physiological function,body pain,energy,social function,emotional function,physical health and mental health overall evaluation were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease is often poor nutritional status,the implementation of nutrition care reasonable nutrition level and quality of life improved significantly in patients,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
