The Influence of Family Nursing on Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke Life Self-Care Ability

Abstract  Objective:To explore the influence of family nursing on patients with hemiplegia after stroke life self-care ability. Method:102 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were selected as the research object,according to patients and their families were divided into family nursing intervention group( group A,n=52) and control group( group B,n=50).1 year follow-up of behaviors,the ability of daily life score,differences of self-care ability index and motor function score results after nursing intervention were compared. Result:(1)After follow-up 1 year,19 cases reached ADL grade Ⅰ in group A,20 cases in grade Ⅱ,the excellent and good rate 75.0%,was higher than 40.0% in group B,differences were significant( P<0.05).( 2)Barthel index evaluation and motor function of nursing in group A after the scores were significantly higher than those in group B( P<0.05). Conclusion:Family nursing measures on patients with hemiplegia after stroke,the intervention effect is ideal,is worth promoting.
