| The Influence of Family Nursing on Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke Life Self-Care Ability |

Abstract Objective：To explore the influence of family nursing on patients with hemiplegia after stroke life self-care ability. Method：102 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were selected as the research object，according to patients and their families were divided into family nursing intervention group（ group A，n=52） and control group（ group B，n=50）.1 year follow-up of behaviors，the ability of daily life score，differences of self-care ability index and motor function score results after nursing intervention were compared. Result：（1）After follow-up 1 year，19 cases reached ADL grade Ⅰ in group A，20 cases in grade Ⅱ，the excellent and good rate 75.0%，was higher than 40.0% in group B，differences were significant（ P<0.05）.（ 2）Barthel index evaluation and motor function of nursing in group A after the scores were significantly higher than those in group B（ P<0.05）. Conclusion：Family nursing measures on patients with hemiplegia after stroke，the intervention effect is ideal，is worth promoting.
