Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of family-centered community nursing intervention on the prevention and treatment of pneumonia in children.Method：100 children with pneumonia in the community from July 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group，the study group was treated with community nursing intervention while the control group was treated with general nursing method. Result：After the clinical treatment，the clinical therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group，the difference had statistical significance（P<0.05）. Conclusion：The effect of family-centered community nursing intervention used on the prevention and cure of children pneumonia is remarkable.It can not only effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients，but also reduce the occurrence rate of children pneumonia.It is a nursing program with high feasibility，safety and effectiveness.
