Abstract Objective： To explore the clinical characteristics， diagnosis and treatment of Mayer-Rokitansky-
Kuster-Hauser syndrome. Method： 10 cases with MRKH from February 2005 to February 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research objects， then the clinical data of them was analyzed retrospectively. Among them， two patients colon group） underwent Colon Vaginoplasty， one patient（ group of free skin flap ） was given the skin flap vaginoplasty，and 7 cases（ peritoneal group） were given the laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty for vaginoplasty treatment. Result：The time of Colon Vaginoplasty was 3.5 hours， and the time of the skin flap vaginoplasty and the laparoscopic peritoneal
vaginoplasty were 2 hours and 1.5 hours respectively. The three groups were compared， the satisfaction of patients’sex life of peritoneal generation group was highest（ P<0.05）. Conclusion： In MRKH operation treatments， laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty makes patients’ sexual life satisfy， and it is safe， minimally invasive and good effect. So in the vaginoplasty， it is a good choose. In addition， it is necessary for patients to give them medical psychological treatment and the long-term follow-up.
