Abstract Objective：To explore the analysis of the role of community health service in special elderly home care and significance.Method：100 cases of special old man were visited in our community health service center，questionnaires were distributed，the role of community health services in special elderly home care，and family members for their satisfaction were evaluated.Result：The distribution of 100 copies of questionnaires，96 cases were recycled，the recovery was 96%.Community health service provides a professional special old man home care nursing care of basic knowledge，compared with no special community service community old man，whose lives were extended more than five years，old people life quality improvement，family satisfaction was 98%. Conclusion：Convenient community health service need special care for the old man that occupy the home for medical treatment，reduce the cost burden，and improve the patient’s life quality and prolong the life length.
